Support for Allied Health Professionals/ ‘new to General Practice’ roles

The SY&B Primary Care Workforce & Training Hub is currently developing support materials for ‘new to General Practice’ roles. We are working on areas such as:

  • Developing a community of practice; establishing peer support groups for staff in specific  roles who are new to General Practice
  • Guidance around Induction programmes for staff new to General Practice
  • Teaching sessions focusing on gaps in knowledge/ skills specific to General Practice
