Workforce Data Collection for Primary Care Doncaster- Summer 2018
“SYB PCWTH worked with us at Primary Care Doncaster over an intensive period of 8 weeks during Summer 2018, to enable the collection of vital workforce intelligence from 39 of our member practices. The team undertook individual practice visits, resulting in both quantitative and qualitative data, which was used to fundamentally shape the local Primary Care Workforce Strategy, and make informed investment decisions.
The rapid mobilisation of the team, and their unwavering dedication and commitment that followed, was really impressive. Moreover, their empathetic and flexible approach was very much welcomed by the practices, evident in the quality of the information that was gathered.
