PRIMARY CARE NEW ROLES LUNCHTIME WEBINAR SERIES
The South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw Primary Care Workforce & Training Hub is proud to host a series of webinars designed to provide an overview of the opportunities of the new roles for primary care networks in South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw.
These are aimed at providing Primary Care Networks (PCNs) with further understanding of how the new roles outlined in the Additional Role Reimbursement Scheme can enhance the primary care MDT and enable delivery of the primary care service specifications.
Hosted by South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw AHP Council Chair Suzanne Bolam, PCWT Hub Programme Manager Louise Berwick and PCWT Hub AHP Advanced Clinical Practice Advisor Heather Jackson, these 30-minute webinars provide an overview relevant to PCNs as well as a Q&A session. They are produced in collaboration with clinical leads from relevant professions and supported by the South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw Integrated Care System and the South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw AHP Council.

The Role of A Social Prescribing Link Worker In Primary Care

The webinar will include social prescribing in the context of personalised care, the role of link workers and how these roles complement other new roles such as Health & Wellbeing Coaches/ Care Co-ordinators and an insight from an experienced link worker.
